Updated room and staff is always very polite and fast.

Incredible brand-new place, it has marvellous and fantastic location close to Chattanooga for business or pleasure, dinner, river walk, aquarium, and Children's Museum. Attached restaurant has great food choices.

The staff were cute, especially the front desk clerk, Laquinton. Our room was comfortable, though the hotel missed a mark by lacking movie channels. We also had a snag with room reservations, but Laquinton handled it smoothly. The location was perfect for exploring, but breakfast options were limited. Good stay overall!

The patio outside my room was unbearably loud, keeping my child from sleeping. Despite requesting a quieter room due to traveling with kids, we ended up facing noise well past 10:30 PM. The hotel's check-in process was smooth, and the location is excellent. Being placed in a noisy area without proper communication about room assignments was good.

Spacious, clean rooms and comfy beds! The location is fantastic, just a hop away from eateries.

Parking's a circus act-valet lost our car! Talk about a game of hide and seek.

The hotel features a spacious indoor pool that's perfect for a dip after a long day. The King Suite offers a large living area ideal for spreading out and relaxing, complete with a fridge and microwave for late-night snacks. Its prime downtown location provides easy access to local attractions.

Parking here costs $25 a day for valet, which feels steep given the overall room rate. Dining options are quite limited since there's no designated hotel restaurant, leaving breakfast in the hands of a nearby steakhouse, which can be expensive. Add to that the occasional noise from nearby streets, and you might find your sleep interrupted if you're not on the higher floors. The hotel has an overall outdated vibe, with some rooms showing their age more than others. Lastly, awareness of housekeeping schedules is necessary, as cleaning services must be requested in advance.

I booked a Standard Queen Room and found the location super convenient for exploring downtown attractions. The room wasvery comfy and tidy, made settling in easy. The valet service was efficient, and the staff greeted me warmly upon arrival. I faced some hiccups . The front desk was unreachable at times, leaving me frustrated when I needed assistance. I had an issue with billing, as the charges for parking and other incidental fees were not communicated clearly during check-in. It felt misleading because I expected breakfast to be included and ended up paying extra for it.
